Replacement wheel for Dart 18 traveler car. Over time, the wheels wear out due to extensive use. The car no longer moves smoothly because the raised edge has worn off, and there is a lot of play in the traveler car as the wheels wear down. This can sometimes cause the traveler car to eventually slide off the rail on the aft beam.

Replace the wheels by unscrewing the track end stop from the aft beam, detach the trampoline, slightly separate the hulls, and slide the traveler off the rail. Attach the new wheels with the edge facing up (the edge acts as a bearing and reduces resistance).

Sometimes the screw of the track end stop is severely bent due to the impacts this part receives, especially after a gybe (the car can hit it hard). In this case, order an M6 screw (shorten it yourself, see accessories) to easily reattach the track end stop.
