Supplied with jib battens
Follow the tips below for a longer lifespan of the jib.
The jib is ready for use; hook it with the luff hooks around the forestay.
The jib has two sewn-in battens (also available separately as WS02134).
To extend the lifespan of the jib:
Do not tension the jib too tightly along the forestay; otherwise, the jib will act like a forestay and lose its shape.
When the boat is in the wind (on the shore or while waiting for the next start), pull the jib to leeward instead of letting it flap.
Roll up the jib neatly around a tube after use.
Store the sails on top in the box; do not place other sailing gear on top.
