Use Allen block A2030 as an additional delay

The Dart 18 mast base anchor is used to thread the downhaul line through to tension the foot of the mainsail.
It is now allowed according to the class rules to use an additional delay for the downhaul. This allows the sail to be tensioned more effectively with less force. For this, use the Allen 30mm block A2030 and the V-jammer with double purchase R4961 or the sturdier HK244.
For an (old-fashioned) single purchase, you don't need an Allen block, and a single block with V-jammer R4960 works fine. The line then runs directly through the mast base anchor.
Use a line with a Dyneema core and a plastic sheath, such as Marlow Excell Racing, 5 millimeters thick, maximum 125 centimeters (single delay) or 240cm with double delay.
The mast base anchor is easy to install with the help of a water pump plier. Squeeze the end, the base anchor springs in a bit, and it can be placed in the two holes in the mast. The base anchor springs back on its own and can be bent back if necessary.
