For shipments we use PostNL and TNT Expresse. We ship packages on working days, from Monday till Friday.
Collect in shop
Besides shipping, we offer the possibility to collect your order in our shop. No shipping costs will be charged for this option. For address and opening hours, click here.
- After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After this, we will get your order together. We ship every working day (Monday till Friday). We pursue that orders placed before 2 pm on Monday till Friday will be processed the same day.
- Your parcel will be collected from us by PostNL or TNT with a track & trace code. For the status of your order, please follow this track & trace code.
- PostNL / TNT offers the package to you at the address indicated. If you do not have the opportunity to accept the package, it will be offered the next day again.
- If you choose the option 'collect' you will receive an e-mail as soon as the items are ready for pick up. Please note, Sailcenter is open from Tuesdays till Saturdays from 10 am till 6 pm. You have not received a confirmation e-mail? Please contact us to check whether you can pick up your order.
Can I change my order or add something?
If you want to change anything in your order please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com.
As long as your order not has been shipped you can add extra items by placing an extra order with a remark ‘add to my prevouius order. Choose "collect@sailcenter" to avoid double shipping charges.
Can change my delivery moment or my delivery address?
You can change these as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact our Customer Service on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to return your products, then you shall pay the return costs. You also pay the cost of re-sending the new product, if necessary. Besides shipping, you may always return or change the items in our shop.
- Returns must first be made known to Sailcenter and are only accepted if return instructions of Sailcenter be closely monitored.
- The warranty expires when the clothing is worn and / or washed, or attempt to repair the defect yourself.
- Once we have received your returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
